Ordered 40 dozen white 13 x 13 Premium White towels. The best quality that they sell. The towels came in with the edges unraveling. I sent them pictures. It took them NINE days to give me a resolution - to return the towels, on my own dime, for a refund. So, I paid shipping to get the towels to me, and I'm paying shipping to get the towels back to them. The are not allowing a return on towels that I had washed (they were not even used...just washed). This is a totally unfair and unethical practice - they ship a broken produc... read more

We run a small upscale Inn in the area. We were looking for Premium bath and hand towels and found the Raphil/Towel Hub site. We ordered their PREMIUM PLUS towels. They arrived in a timely fashion - however on inspection of the towels they were perhaps premium for some extreme low-budget establishment but not what we wanted. Frankly I could have gotten a better towel at WalMart. I called and emailed immediately after receipt to express. Took 3 days to hear back and when I did return the towels they charged me 15% restocking.... read more
