I could not have been happier with how the conversion of my great grandmother’s wedding and engagement to a pendant for my niece’s 21st. From the very first conversation to to the finished product Raphael wanted it to be right, and it was! It’s always a little nerve wracking taking something and changing it but I didn’t need to worry. Thank you Raphael for helping create what is a continued heirloom, just in a different shape! If you want quality advice please go and speak to him.
Raphael offer an efficient and very competitive price to fix my engagement ring . I am very happy with the end result and would recommend his work .
Disappointing / misunderstanding. I took two rings of almost identical style, to be rejoined, at the back only, as they have been for many years. They each have a stripe of small stones, slightly diagonally set across a slightly rounded raised ring. The solder broke at the back. It was just a matter of soldering the back again with the stone stripes on each ring - lined up in front, both going slightly diagonally, continuing the very minimal offset stripes look, Just touching one side of stripe on its left, to the other side... read more
I recently broke the clasp on my necklace and visited the store to see if it could be repaired. The clasp was fixed within 24 hours and the result is outstanding. I couldn’t recommend this place more — the owner is incredibly kind, honest, and genuinely helpful. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work.
I could not recommend Rafael’s more. He hand made my most favourite ring I have ever owned. You can tell how passionate he is and it is reflective in his work. 10/10 will be coming again.
