This Atms from this bank don't give the right cash. It debits what you ask it to get and gives whatever it wants. I'm out 480£ be sure of this. I would give it no stars. Beware SCAM !

Tried to take out £50 from one of their ATM at Edinburgh airport, accepted card, gave PIN, no money, but a receipt for withdrawing £50. Got card back and watched two others have the same thing happen. Got details of machine number and checked with my own bank. The money was notified as withdrawn but refused. All sorted out in the end but very dodgy and felt I could have been scammed. Wouldn't go near them with a barge pole.

In 2015 the bank had many outdated ATM's in various Airports throughout the UK. Because of the age of the ATM's and there haphazard upkeep, they would frequently reboot themselves when money was requested by members of the public. The funds requested would then be permanently taken from the users account and added to the banks funds. No recourse was given to the victim to reclaim their monies from bank as phone numbers on the ATM's etc. were non-active.
