No loyalty to employees, customers or anyone else who works through their doors. Overpriced slabs and a nightmare to get them replaced.
Took these people 6 months to replace damaged countertops. Don’t deal with Cohens.
I came with my wife to the warehouse to choose quartz for our new house, and I was surprise how the owner himself came and help me out and cared about the details.. Really great place!!
Had concerns immediately after purchase three years ago. Contacted seller (east stone in Stratford ct) and manufacturer immediately with concerns. Concerns were ignored. In three years, I’ve dropped two cups (ball jar and pint glass) and one ceramic dinner plate. They dropped 18-20” from my upper cabinets while emptying the dishwasher. I now have one gouge and two chips. The chip from the plate resulted in a big ‘flake’ like chip coming off. What a joke. I wouldn’t crack an egg on this garbage.
