Terrible customer service. Do not order anything online
Good, well thought out products, but staff is off-putting and total Bike Snobs. Ruined the shopping experience. If you are a woman—forget about it.
Visited in December. Probably half the size of the London clubhouse. One gripe, they won't bring your coffee to you (like other club houses) just left on table. Considering I was the only customer there just seemed odd
I love coming to the Rapha New York Clubhouse. I’m always welcomed by the staff and they make me feel really tied to the cycling community. Everyone is really helpful in suggesting kit for me. The staff are cyclist with a lot of experience and are always very helpful with helping me pick out kit. Rob has helped me find what I need for riding throughout the seasons. I also really enjoy stopping in and getting a coffee
