Beware healthcare, military, and small business owners. Joe is a horrible CPA who does not stand by his work or lack thereof. He put numbers from my LLC on our individual returns, causing a penalty and interest. He refused to provide us the information from where he obtained that number. He would not help us fix it with the MN Dept of Rev, or pay the fees, or refund us what we paid him. He is incompetent, unprofessional, and disrespectful. This CPA did not assist with our business or personal account. He barely answered questions or helped with our tax prep. We paid an annual fee for a business account and paid the max for taxes this year. We will not go back or recommend. Update: Rapacki did not finish our taxes properly, resulting in late fees and interest. We asked for them to pay for the fees and we're given the following reply "Happy to go to reconciliationcourt to hash this out"???
