Raoul is very knowledgeable and was extremely patient and responsive whenever we had mortgage-related questions (and we had many!). He comes to the table with lots of solutions on the financial side of buying a home. He also provides very detailed breakdowns. Raoul kindly assisted us when we ran into a mortgage-related complication (that was completely of our own doing). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
