I’ve had a very bad experience at this tax office for every time I go, the staff are extremely unfriendly and make the process very difficult. If possible, I strongly recommend going to the downtown Brandon instead—this location just does not provide helpful or supportive service.

The service has become very unfriendly, harsh, intimidating, and degrading. What has gone on there? I am amazed to see this change from good to very bad. Don't we pay their salary?
