I usually love the vibes here but the man with long brown hair and glasses seems miserable and gives off a rude demeanor. Make sure your employees are friendly and enjoy their job enough to be able to talk to people.

When I say rude I mean rude my dad called to ask a question and whoever it was had a stank attitude I do not play that at all especially when it comes to my parents A BIG NO Will be reporting soon

Rankin County Tax Collector, CAROLINE GILBERT, as well as the answering service clerk are very rude and unprofessional. Tax payers deserve the full attention of of their ELECTED OFFICIALS with the highest integrity and respect as if they were the customer being serviced. True you may have a bigger County to serve but you chose to be the Tax collector so serve your TAX PAYERS no matter what race or ethnicity. , it is very important to remember, if their were no tax payers then what would be the purpose of You!!!

I’m from Poland and I’m still learning English. Despite that, the staff were very kind and helpful. I was able to take care of everything I needed in less than 20 minutes. I believe the people working there are very competent. Thank you so much to all the employees! Great job!
