Refused to renew my tag because I am active duty military, who’s state of residency is MS, but is currently stationed in NJ. The women on the phone was so rude and refused to even tell me what I owe to renew it and said I’ll just need to bring myself back there to find out in person. What the hell Ranking County!
Avoid doing business here if you can. 4- 5 years ago, this place messed up a title regarding a vehicle of mine, and I fought them for about two months, I believe, to get them to fix it. They refused, and when I was at wit's end and was losing it, they doubled down and refused, even more, to change it because of my tone, choice of words, and the fact that I wouldn't kiss the ring sort of speak, and that was the manger. Originally was 8th caller in line, stayed on hold for 20 minutes. Was finally number 1, and had an estimated wait time of 1 minute. Suddenly I’m back at the end of the line with a 10 minute wait time 🤩
Mrs. Teresa is a mediocre person and very rude. She should look for another job.
Teresa in the Brandon office went above and beyond helping my sister-in-law get her title to her car in only her name after her husband passed. She gave her exact directions on where to go to get the title changed and afterwards helped her get her tag. She was patient, kind and very knowledgeable. She gets 10 stars!! Nell Howe
