If I had any idea that my first patient visit was going to be $610!!!! I would have avoided this place! She charges $560 for the new patient visit + $50 for the electrocardiogram. Insurance covered some of it leaving me with a balance of $369. Insane!!! I should of read the reviews first. I chose her because she was in network and close by. They let you leave and tell you it's covered but then hit you with a huge bill later. I came in another time for lab work... same thing. Our appointment was at 9:30 it's 11 a.m. and we're still waiting. Extremely unprofessional.
I went in there for an annual physical and was charged for a physical and an established patient visit. My insurance was filed with close to 800$ charge when the NP came and talked to me for like 10 mins, on top of everything, NP failed to send the orders that she was supposed to. Fraudulent charges. The office has no integrity and ethics that health care providers should maintain. It’s all about business and money.
After reviewing feedback from other patients, I have encountered a similar issue. I scheduled an appointment for my annual physical check-up, which is supposed to be covered by my insurance plan. However, I was double-charged for the visit. Additionally, the lab work should have been covered by my insurance as well, but the staff failed to provide the correct billing code. Due to insurance had to switch Primary care for first time in 10 years and they have been great. Office staff gets back to you right away, referrals are done same day, no wait for in house bloodwork. Very efficient.
