Ranger Construction has been paving on side roads off of Quentin Ave SE! When I came down Quentin Ave I was stopped flag man stated I wasn't able to get to my home on Quentin, I asked where was their MOT stating road closures or detour he's response was zero like he wasn't sure what MOT meant!! At the other end a man flagged me through as I proceeded I moved with caution! WHY do your men NOT know what MOT means? If they need a class in MOT I would be happy to help out!!! Deb Hiltz
