Ive been coming for a couple months and the front service counter is always a nightmare, they've lost my ID, accused me of renting guns I didnt, and sit there and ignore you even when you wait in line (hair bun receding jaw man) yeah go to collectors, i saw him ignore me for people who walked in the store 20 minutes after me, and yeah i waited 20 minutes, you lost a member today
I had awesome experiences at USA Range their staff’s friendly.
Do not sign up for membership w this company, if you ever have to adjust anything about your membership the stores will say they cant do anything from their end and tell you to contact corporate online - spoiler alert - noone will ever answer your emails no matter how many times you email. And theres no corporate phone number either.
I haven't shot a firearm in 35 years. I came to Range USA Westheimer to shoot my new .45 i purchased and from the moment i walked into the shop till the time i walked out, from the relaxed salesman to the awesome range master inside i felt like part of a family. What a great experience and even better staff. Thank you guys for making my slightly nervous moment a little more relaxed. Great Facility. The staff are knowledgeable. Ample parking and the prices are reasonable. Approximately 20 lanes with up to 2 people per lane. It's centrally located on Westheimer Road near the Westchase Area. Huge selection of firearms and ammunition. Enjoy!
