I tried to get a job there as a sales rep at the Southaven Ms location. Both times the lady interviewing me said they weren't busy enough, but the advertisement was on indeed for the extra help! Both times I applied, I saw no one working there over the age of 40! Smelled like AGE DISCRIMINATION TO ME! I am 55, with 15years of sales experience! Turns out, If you rent a shooting lane, you have to scan your DRIVERS LICENSE to shoot! I wonder who they are sharing your information to?!? The Feds? The State? idk but it smells real... read more
Thank you for proving my point about the poor customer service. I called multiple times explaining that I never took the course in question, and it still took a month to receive a refund. Regarding the membership, I called twice (the last time on 6/12/25) and clearly explained that I could not cancel a membership I did not have — as shown on your own website (screenshot attached with June 1st date).
