I tried to get a job there as a sales rep at the Southaven Ms location. Both times the lady interviewing me said they weren't busy enough, but the advertisement was on indeed for the extra help! Both times I applied, I saw no one working there over the age of 40! Smelled like AGE DISCRIMINATION TO ME! I am 55, with 15years of sales experience! Turns out, If you rent a shooting lane, you have to scan your DRIVERS LICENSE to shoot! I wonder who they are sharing your information to?!? The Feds? The State? idk but it smells real... read more

Thank you for proving my point about the poor customer service. I called multiple times explaining that I never took the course in question, and it still took a month to receive a refund. Regarding the membership, I called twice (the last time on 6/12/25) and clearly explained that I could not cancel a membership I did not have — as shown on your own website (screenshot attached with June 1st date). Took wife here to shoot her new gun. Neither of us had been to a range before, only ever shot outside on private property. The procedure to get started is easy, watch a video on a tablet and sign an agreement. Prices are decent and the staff was kind, even jovial. The guy inside the firing area was always willing to answer questions and never acted smug like a lot of horror stories you hear about. I'll probably get a membership, this place seems pretty cool. I came in last week with pretty much zero knowledge about gun safety. I talked to a staff member on training on safety from the ground up. He suggested a 1 on 1 which was an hour and a half with a trainer named Eli. I went in today a little nervous, and not confident at all. He literally taught me everything from start to finish about the "hows' to-do and NOT to do. I was thankful for the first time welcoming experience. Will be back soon to continue doing more business. I'd recommend getting the premium membership if you're an avid shooter like myself.
