This review is more for Alex than it is the store. I waited nearly 2 hours total to pickup a gun, had to come back another day. I watched an older gentleman ignore customers and continue to eat a sandwhich on the counter..people in line were actively leaving him bad reviews and walking out. The next time I arrive same guy just standing around, Alex on the other hand was helpful as I was dumped on his busy plate already by a man doing very little aside from losing Range USA future customers and money. Although I live a bit far from this location, I’ve been going to Range USA, Mokena, IL for quite some time now as I’m usually sent out to work near there a few times per month. Whether I’m going there to shop or practice at the range, I’m surrounded by the most professional staff in the biz. A few outstanding staff members that come to mind are Ike, Mike, David, Alex, and Steve, among many other talented staff members. Great range with great employees. Brandon is a great CCW instructor, a perfect mix of professional and personable. Highly recommend taking any classes he offers, you will learn a lot!
I attended a CCL class this past weekend. Our instructor, Brandon Nolan, did a great job. He was clear, concise and knowledgeable. He was able to mix real life situations with Illinois jumble of laws regard to being a CCL citizen.
Love the atmosphere there I will go back.
