The staff members seemed generally pleasant, however, I didn't get the feeling that they were as knowledgeable as a sales person or product expert would be. I was pleased with the rental option. I found it helpful to try out different guns. Overall a good experience.
At another shooting range in Columbus, we were treated very unfriendly. But at Range USA, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to bring friends and let them enjoy this new experience. After checking in on the electronic tablet and purchasing ammunition, we reported to the lane—everything was handled with the respect a customer deserves, and we were able to complete the experience smoothly and safely, just as we had hoped.
