My husband bought a gun over a week and a half ago. We were told it would take 3 days due to the green card application process, as it is different, apparently. He kept calling and they kept saying "corporate is holding it". But when we called corporate, they said that his gun was approved on Monday to be released. So they were essentially just holding his gun, even though he paid in full A WEEK AND A HALF AGO. We were even members, expected much more.

I missed my class due to being in a car accident and was disappointed to learn that I wasn’t allowed to reschedule. When I contacted customer service, I was told that all rescheduling must be done at least two days in advance, with no exceptions. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Well stocked shop but they wouldn't let me shoot because I didn't have a US passport (travelling for work) Still nice service and good advice on where to go for some shooting
I’m a Range USA member. The $30 membership is well worth it. I shoot at all Range USA locations, but the Range USA Indy North location is my favorite location. They also have a good seating area and vending machines just in case you want to grab a snack before u hit the range. They have a good selection of guns, ammo and holster as well. Highly recommend
