Visited on Friday the 2nd with my girlfriend and her sister and was unfortunately turned away on the basis of being Canadian. This was surprising, especially considering a review from a fellow Canadian having visited 4 months ago is the first that pops up when looking at the reviews on here. We were told about the "Visa Waiver Program" which applies to a list of countries but doesn't include Canada. Terrible customer service. Rude front desk guy, gave the impression he hates women, Canadians, first responders and veterans. I have purchased several guns from this store, had a membership & brought friends and family from Canada several times to shoot and never had a problem until yesterday. I will never come back. I would rather drive further away to be treated with respect. Had a much better experience (and the Canadians were permitted to shoot) at Carter’s Country in Spring.

Updating my review now that I’ve had my premium membership for over a month. Tonight was a little discouraging to say the least. The guy helping me when I first walked in was rude. I rented a 22, but came with my 9 mm because a few rounds on the 22 always helps me transition to my 9 mm confidently (I’ll be purchasing my own 22 soon). Nevertheless, I didn’t quite know the actual name of the ammo to get for the 22 because the last time I rented it, the guy just got what I needed and told me, “The $10 CCI is what you’ll need”. ... read more
