Been going to ROM for around 6 months now and my training and performance in the gym has greatly improved from the use of massage, needling, cupping and scrapping. I would 100% recommend and will be using his services for a long time to come.

Rhys is an exceptional massage therapist! I have been seeing him for the past year, and recently started dry needle therapy also. He has an extend knowledge of the body.
