Everytime I’m in Range Bank, or call, it’s awesome customer service, and even messaging online, is prompt responses from other branches. Truly happy I started banking here. The people make it all worth having an account here.
I contacted Range Bank because I was not able to locate the original copies of my1098 documents. Felicia Aman was so helpful and professional in providing me with replacement copies. As this involved a bit of technical difficulties because I am not good with computers, she patiently walked me through the process and I received exactly what I needed. She is a real asset to your organization. Thank you, Range Bank, and especially, thank you, Felicia!
Online banking is very dated--codes fail to send to verify access, links don't work, and the entire process is far more cumbersome than it should be in the modern age. A customer's inability to access their account due to poor quality online banking systems is not acceptable. I will be moving my business elsewhere.
I stopped by the Kingsford Michigan branch on my way to Wisconsin. These two tellers, Sam and Mikayla need some recognition! They we very helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. I was very impressed! Thank you for making my stop a nice one. I was smiling as I walked out.
