We can't recommend Randy Milia at CMG Home Loans highly enough. We've worked with Randy twice now. I rarely (ever?) fill out reviews online. But Randy was so exceptional that I am compelled to do so. Purchasing a home is so stressful but Randi has a unique way of making ever step feel manageable. He’s so friendly and approachable that you can ask him any question. He responds to emails and calls with lightening speed. I cannot reccomend working with Randy enough. Through a long home buying process, he was always available to give me realistic cost expectations of any house we were interested in, and was incredibly reachable and responsive. When we finally went through and purchased a house, Randy helped us get the best rate we could and I felt like he legitimately had our best interest in mind. An absolute pleasure to work with and extremely reliable.
