Randy was an utter joy to work with! We switched to Randy about 3 weeks before the date we were scheduled to close on our home and, due to his proficiency, we still managed to close on time. Randy was always in contact about our loan, including after hours, at the literal airport, and away on vacation. He was there from start to closing, even giving some calming information when our wire took a bit to come through. We would use Randy again and again!
