Update: I reached out to the Montessori group about some incredibly upsetting concerns regarding one of their teachers behaviour (who I was told have been moved to Randwick). I told them that I would remove my review as soon as they addressed my concerns. Instead, they have replied below and tried to move on. The response has been very defensive and there has been little to no action. After the latest Four Corners they should be taking these types of concerns seriously. Parents, beware!!!!

I have consistently told them that I will delete this review the moment they take action against the specific teacher. until then parents beware!
I’m a parent from Zetland and raised a concern with the centre after hearing something troubling from other parents in the community. I wasn’t satisfied with how the concern was handled or the level of communication I received. I’d encourage parents to ask the centre directly about their processes for managing and responding to concerns, so they can make an informed decision.
We love the educators, service and facilities
My daughter Gisele attends. She loves it, we love it. Much more structure than other daycares but no less fun. Anthony, and Ms Loui care so much. You tell every time I pick her up.
