Extremely poor customer service. The woman working did not seem interested when my husband and I inquired about a piece. She did not come from behind the counter to engage with us in conversation. She simply told us to look at the price tag when we asked for more details... It was such a turn off, we left the store. It is disappointing because we had been eyeing the piece for a while. The Georgetown location is incredibly friendly. Will be going there moving forward.

The customer service here was incredibly lacking. I visited the store today with my daughter in search of 3 items. Upon entering, we were not greeted, despite being the only customers in the store. The lady working alone did not bother to check if we needed any assistance. When I inquired about a few pieces, she simply pointed to the back of the store and told us to go there. Nice accessories n furniture but, No customer service whatsoever. You will not get a hello from their employees when you walk in.
