Working for Randolph House I have found the staff are willing to learn and adapt to all situations. They have a been friendly and supportive from the moment you step through the door and there is a positive atmosphere that is inviting, I came here to help a friend out and new that this was where I wanted to be for my career as an activity coordinator. Management have been understanding and are willing to help when needed, there open door has staff and residents feel like they are listened to when emotions are high or low. Th... read more
My dad stayed here for his last 10 months. Lovely place, nice rooms, good food, wonderful care but just not enough staff. The staff they do have were so helpful and caring right up to the end, both for my dad and us. Plenty of renovation going on, they should spend more on people.
