I know residents that live there and staff that works there they are a great facility.
I just want to thank the staff from the office, nurses, activities director, food service, housekeeping and anyone else I might have forgotten. Thank you for caring for my sister while she was there. You treated her with kindness, empathy and were patient with me. I appreciate that her last days were filled with kindness.
Randolph’s facility was great for recovery of a family friend. Their staff, facility and services all met expectations. It’s great to find this high level of care within a rural setting.
Staff and management truly care about the residents!
