Poorly managed. Time for several staff and members of the board to step down. They will take advantage if they think you have money. 😡
My dad qualified for several programs and I called and was not advised that he could’ve qualified for more than what they put him on. If you do go to the Randolph County Senior Center and need in-home care make sure you ask about the Fair program which if somebody has Alzheimer’s or dementia they all qualifiedqualify for or if a veteran that they qualify for the veterans program. The head over the senior center needs to learn how to help people instead of making a nonprofit organization a for-profit organization.
