I will never take my dogs there again. I made it abundantly clear which was the adult westie and which was the 7 month old puppy, and who was to get what food. Indifferent employees obviously switched the food, and both dogs had diarrhea for 3 days the week following their kennel visit. I sent an email expressing my disappointment and it went unanswered. I will never frequent this business and I advise anyone who truly cares about your dogs, don't go there.

After our last visit one of our three dogs got hurt and we were not notified about it. I made a phone call to the kennel and they did not know that she was hurt. I wasn't pleased with this phone call with the staff member but after the owner calling me and talking about the situation I feel better about maybe taking our dogs there again. They do have a policy that we would have been notified and they would have treated the wound if they had seen it. Been going there for years - Very pleased – We've been taking our shelties there for years for both boarding and grooming. We've never had a bad experience, and they've been quite flexible with about travel plan changes. I highly recommend Randenn.

are all animal treated equal there? – I understand that every one love those sweet, cute and socialized breed dogs.My dog is not very social one and is a mixed dog. Will this kind of dog be well taken as those pure breeds? I asked this because I noticed that the staff were not very friendly as I talked to them about my dog. Any idea? Thanks!

My Aussie loves this place – Accustomed to seeing my dog be scared at going to the kennels I tired this place on my vets recommendation. To my amazement she walks right in the front door by herself and tells them Hi! They love her and she is eager to jump out of the car and join them for day boarding or overnights. These folks know dogs and I relax knowing she is being cared for and not just kenneled. You will get a tour of the place as I did, and complete instructions on the day routine if you ask. Great folks!

LOVE Randenn Kennels! – I believe the other comment is a fake/negative response to this supposed client's business with Randenn Kennels. I have been using Randenn Kennels for many years as well as my neighborhood friends, and we have never had a problem, especially with the staff who are always knowledgable and friendly, backed with many years of experience. would not recommend, will not go back May 2009 – I should have known when the office staff was unfriendly, not interested in my dogs, didn't ask me to fill out any paperwork about my dogs, wouldn't let me see the kennels or have a tour, never called me to ask about my dogs and any difficulties they were having and told me my dog was very aggressive on pickup that this was not the place for me or my dogs.
