Been with Tom for years always honest reasonable and helpful
On top of waiting over a month to file, getting a call at 6PM on the last day of filing to come down immediately and pay if I owed (Luckily we didn't owe), And now nobody knows where our return is going to be deposited, causing more delays and uncertainty as to when and if we will receive it. Our account number has not changed in 20 years, yet somehow they have another person's info in our file. Not safe at all. It is now mid November and still no return. I was referred to Randel & Okken Associates when my accountant retired. Tom is the absolute best. He is personable and his knowledge is vast. Janice in the front office is kind, professional and organized. I highly recommend Tom if you are looking for a new accountant. You will not be disappointed.
The tax return amounts provided on the tax return were a lot more than what was received. . One household family has not received his taxes and it’s been 2 months. My daughter was not provided the unemployment forgiveness. Terrible experience. We went here as our tax accountant retired. Next year we need to find another firm. So disappointed.
