Excellent customer service highly recommend
This is my go-to spot for tuxedo rentals and cuff links. I have been working with Randall's for over 5 years now. I run several events in Pensacola, and they are amazing to work with. We have a fundraising gala every year, and they take amazing care of all our people. Between the Mardi Gras balls, galas, fundraisers, and everything else I go to, I feel like I'm there all the time getting a tux, different color vest, or fun cufflinks to wear. We love Randall’s! They are so helpful. My entire family has used them for years. Highly recommend!!!
Don't go here if you work a full time job or if you are going to an event out of town and need the rental for a couple of days. Zero flexibility for working people. Doesn't open until 10am, so you can't return your rental before work. Closes at 430, so you can't return your rental if you work everyday until 5 or later. No negotiations in drop off times.
