The bank is horrible for loans. Never waste your time here. We used Tyler and he led us to believe we would get financed and then said the bank wants this and that but at the end they told us they cant right now because they were getting audited. Then he ghosted us. The property is worth double what we were asking to pay off the debt of the estate as it was inherited with bills.
