I hope you never have the displeasure of watching a loved one “live” at this facility. Multiple issues were brought to the attention of staff members at various levels without any change. I have worked in home health care and in senior care. The lack of standard of care here is beyond words. Please, I beg you, find a different option for your your loved one. Save yourself the heartbreak and anger.
As a healthcare provider, I was profoundly disturbed by the level of care my parents received at Randall Residence in Brighton. What I witnessed—especially during the final stages of their lives—was egregious and without human compassion. There were repeated failures in basic care, monitoring, and communication. This place is amazing! My grandma had to make the transition to assisted living, and this was the perfect fit! Not only are we as a family happy, my grandma is as well! The facility feels like home and the staff are always so nice to us!
They do not answer the phone. Get in a loop with front desk. Ten rings goes back to menu. During business hours not during lunch. Tried many times, Marketing depth, directors of each department and all just go to voice mail. If they are this unresponsive, how do they handle business inside?
