Rand smith is the best lawyer I have ever met! This man went so far out of his way to help me and my wife. We are forever grateful for the love he put into our case. He spent hours in court going over every little meticulous thing. He spent hours with us in his office using his own personal time coaching us to better ourselves in our personal lives and for our case! It took use two years to get our sweet baby girls back into our arms and it never would have been possible without this man. Thank you rand smith!

Not a lawyer that was in my best intrest. He was never on time, and I had to have two court dates ajourned because he couldnt show up. On the day of my pre trial I told him I didnt want him as my lawyer anymore due to poor performance ( just not giving a st*t). So he threatens me that he "has pull with the prosecuter, and can make sure I get the max sentence!" Yes I was guilty and yes I deserved to do a little bit of jail time but this lawyer was definitely against me...his client. Not a reccommended lawyer.
