I made an unfortunate decision in having Scott at Rand & Associates do our taxes last year. He NEVER responded to emails or phone calls, and I mean NEVER!! He only copied what I had already done on Turbo Tax, made me wait until the final filing day to finally get in touch with me to give me my taxes (which were no different than what I had already done on Turbo Tax) and then charged me $500.
