BAD NEWS! HORRIBLE!!!!! I'm in the wedding industry and worked a wedding there this past weekend. The event coordinator is BOSSY! She re did the ENTIRE ceremony the day of the of the wedding, stressing both the bride and groom out on their wedding day...very RUDE. She should have done this before. She even gave the bride a lecture about not having a guest book...WHATEVER lady it's their wedding! The food was TERRIBLE!!!! Wow-Awesome Place and Staff In June I attended a wedding at this event center. Normally the food isn't anything to write home about, but the crab cakes were to die for. Kathy, the office manager, was incredible. She took care of everything of all the setup. It looked amazing. The Event Center has a the new manager, event coordinator and chef. Great move on the owners part. If your planning on needing an event center, this is place I would recommend.Loved it.
Well worth it! We held our daughter's wedding reception at this facility and were more than pleased with every aspect! Not only is it a beautiful venue, but the staff is absolutely amazing! The setup was exactly what we wanted and it was gorgeous. No detail was overlooked. I can only describe it as perfection! Poor Service I went to check our Rancho de Corrales as an venue for my wedding. I made an appointment with Donna, and she never showed. Luckily, a cook let me in to view the place. It is absolutely gorgeous. I liked it so much I made a second appointment with Donna and this time I brought my fiance and parents. Donna didn't show again, and we never got a chance to view the place. Donna barely responded to emails, and when she did she was never concise enough with answers. She never returned phone calls.
