So thankful to have such a reliable, trustworthy, and friendly staff watching over my child before and after school. My son loves riding on the bus to and from school and I love that they provide this transportation service. Absolutely the best option for child care in Rancho Cucamonga!!!
I am very satisfied with Kindercare and the way that they had handled my 17 month old son who has been there since he was 3 months old. I watched the growth and mental development in him , the independence and knowledge he receives there is amazing, we owe that to the center and their staff. I just had a tour at this location & I didn't like it at all. I saw a teacher mishandling an infant (it was the classroom close to the entrance around 4:30 PM). A Hispanic woman on the heavier side turn the baby over aggressively & pulled her by the ankle pretty roughly to move her closer to her & the other teacher didn't say anything to her just that I saw what happened. Then she started to act like she was trying to care for the baby after the other teacher told her I saw what she did. They don't have cameras in the classr... read more
