I tried going to this bike shop to fix my e bike, then the guy refused to help me because they dont sell my e bike, which I understand, but the work didnt involve electrical stuff. All I needed him to do was take out my crank so I can just connect my torque sensor to my control because I accidentally disconnected them and he kept on refusing to do that. They’re good to help a lot of people need help for a bike
I really enjoy this store. It offers many options for your biking needs. I also really liked all the pamphlets like the bike essentials checklist. Customer service was great and the employees seemed very educated on everything from beach cruising to electric mountain biking. To top it all off they have an excellent selection of fox racing gear! I think this is an authentic cycle shop and its nice to have one not so far from my home in fontana, CA.
this cyclery shop is worst I have seen on my life when I try to switch the tube they broke my light and broke the brake controller when I saw all those thing I go back try to get fixed but they just says I DIDINT TOUCH IT AND SAY IS MY FAULT
