Don't Shop Here Never shop at this store. The customer service is horrible. They followed me around the entire time like I was going to shop lift. They made me feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Ranchero Western Wear Very Bad Service and cheap Products. The wife of the owner yelled at me over the phone for a good 30 minutes after I had purchased one of their nicer pairs of boots that were complete junk and fell apart after only a few weeks. I had to get the Durango to tell the Ranchero Western Store to repair the boots. They were not pleased with them just like I am not pleased with Ranchero's.
