Charles Ramstad helped us fix a boundary line issue that has plagued our lake for years. He was very knowledgeable on the situation as he has had many years of experience on this exact Boundary issue were were having on Lake Sallie. Was is cheap? Nope. But you get what you pay for and I am very satisfied.
Winters is unethical, he made several statements that he said he completed but then said he didn't get completed. He took my money said he had copies of paper work but never sent the copies. He led me on for 18 months not answering my calls. I'm still waiting on paperwork!
Very duediligant. Know what they're doing, fair and honest.
Very grateful for the diligence afforded to us in our case.
