They took all of our financial data (money in and anticipated money out) to calculate a financial model for us which clearly showed us where we stood in regards to when we could retire and where the money would come from throughout the years. They don't communicate when things "change". Now I'm in a hard spot because of them not being able to tell me they needed an update on info that never was any different from when I opened my account. 0/10 wouldn't recommend.
