We hired Ramsey’s to move my parents from independent living to assisted living at Granite Farm Estates. They did a great job! They were good at communicating as we prepared for the move and they were very accommodating.
I’m the one who hired this company, and I just want to set the record straight. These guys were professional, polite, and worked hard the entire time. They definitely don’t deserve a one-star review. If there was any trash left behind, that’s likely on me. I was rushing to get out of there and may have dropped a few things myself. They cleaned up after themselves, and I had zero complaints. My neighbor used this service yesterday and today. Yesterday they left trash all over the place. Water bottles and other lunch type trash. I cleaned it up not knowing they were coming back today. Again today they leave trash all over the place in my yard and my neighbors. I asked them to not leave trash all over the place and they are gone and of course there trash in my yard.
Overcharged, damaged our equipment, was supposed to hold additional equipment for me worth $10,000 and he stole the equipment for himself. Also was owed money that he never paid.
Great customer service, punctual, and delivers a quality move.
