In 2022 I was a new property investor and had never purchased a home before. Ramsey laid out a great plan for me and helped me purchase my first investment property. I engaged Ramsey Property Wealth for financial and property advisory services and, unfortunately, found the experience to be highly disappointing on multiple fronts. Initially, they assisted in refinancing my mortgages but failed to provide crucial advice around setting up new offset accounts. As a result, I unnecessarily incur interest charges — an oversight I would not expect from a professional financial advisor. Separately, they proposed to act as my buyer's agent.
