The receptionist is really unprofessional.
I had such a positive experience with RLR Nanaimo. The lawyers were professional, approachable, and very efficient. They really respected my time and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. Communication was always clear, and every person I interacted with, from the admin staff to the lawyers, was kind, helpful, and professional. When dealing with conflicts with large corporations you do not want a DIY solution. Jennifer Millbank and her team at RLR Law gave us confidence that we could stop a corporate intrusion in our community. They provided personal and legal advice and expertise so that we had a positive outcome.

They've a vested interest in exploiting and aggravating issues within families, so their coffers are filled.... the change in how ICBC deals with personal injury claims has bit into their profits, as for many firms.
