Very dissatisfied with work of Brandon Bonnetplume. I was clear from the start that we were on a tight timeline. He did 12 minutes (0.2 hours) of work then asked for an additional retainer. A week passed with no communication, even after calling several times for an update. Finally I asked him to cease work. They billed me for several hours of “research”. I had to argue to get even a reasonable amount of my retainer back, and still have nothing to show for what I actually paid!
Amazing people and they have serious skills. If you want expertise, experience and intelligent representation this law firm is very dedicated to the law and your rights.
Re-affirming- 2026....DO NOT engage this firm - and never to deal with Estates. They've a vested interest in exploiting and aggravating issues within families, so their coffers are filled.... the change in how ICBC deals with personal injury claims has bit into their profits, as for many firms. But this one is ugly. DO NOT engage this firm for any business requirements, either. Unprofessional conduct is the norm from one or two senior members. If procrastination, confusion, and vague emails were billable specialties, Jenna Davis would be the gold standard. Watching this legal matter unfold felt less like observing a professional strategy and more like watching someone try to assemble IKEA furniture without instructions — slowly, confidently, and completely wrong - over and over again. Extremely disappointed with the professional conduct of Jenna Davis. I have been dealing with her for over a year now and in my experience, her approach prioritizes escalation over resolution. She has attempted to use personal property—which was already admitted to belong to me in court filings—as 'leverage' to force a settlement on unrelated matters.
