Wendy was amazing helping me through a trickier mortgage setup. She always got back to my questions quickly and explained everything thoroughly so I knew exactly what was going on. She checked in regularly to make sure we were all on track and her communication was exceptional. This is my second experience with RAMS and they have both been outstanding. I would recommend Wendy and RAMS to anyone who asks. Thank you for all of your help!

Great service from the team at RAMS Newcastle West! Especially from Bill who guided me through the process of my loan application and first home purchase. Bill was always willing to answer my many questions and regularly communicated the progress of the application which was very re-assuring. Not to mention going above and beyond to secure a great deal on the loan!
