Ram is a no nonsense person. He is very responsive, polite and honest. He is knowledgeable, he explained precisely what are all the documents needed and did research when he wasn’t sure. As a first time home buyer I had so many questions, Ram answered all my queries, often answered same question multiple times very patiently sometimes late in the evening too.
