Matt at RAMS Liverpool was a breath of fresh air for us during what was a very long and stressful settlement process. He followed up and provided clarification to the Conveyancer and bank on our behalf and was a generally calming presence in an otherwise chaotic 6 month undertaking, none of which was the fault of RAMS.
