I have had the pleasure of dealing with Sue for the refinance of my home.. I had never refinanced before and Sue went above and beyond to make this happen.. Just remortgaged with Suzan@Rams Frankston and I cannot speak highly enough about my dealings with her. Suzan was fantastic!! Contacted me soon after I sent an inquiry and answered every question I had and beat my current interest rate by 0.5% Extremely helpful and made the whole process very simple! Highly recommended
Suzan has been an absolute delight to work with! I lost count at how many questions I asked her but she was always so nice, quick to respond and happy to help and was so incredibly patient when I didn’t understand or needed further clarification on something. Good customer service is so hard to find these days and Sues has been 10/10 the whole way through. Keep up the fantastic work! I will no doubt be back again!!!
