What I love the most is that you are taken care of since you come in the door to even after you leave. If you receive a letter, get audited, need any assistance even after tax season... the girls have your back 100% to help you and help you send whatever they are asking for. They keep up with the changes and are knowledgeable when it comes to extra credits or anything you may be eligible for. Everything was all great up until the tax date to file is over then they completely don't answer when you need certain information from them for your taxes that you still have not received, I wouldn't recommend paying them right away because they go ghost after they get their money. I only did because it was a hundred dollars cheaper to pay them right away then to wait til we got our tax refund to pay them...
Disgusting place. Went for my taxes paid 300 dollars, didn't get my taxes and they just disappeared. Avoid this place like the plague.
