Pleased with my experience with this law office. I was able to speak with someone on my first attempt at calling the office. During the call the staff displayed interest in hearing my concerns. Even though I didn't know how to explain what type of representation I needed. The staff was very patient with me and helped to identify the services that would best suit my needs. Full disclosure, this review is after our initial phone interview with Bill, so we haven’t finished with our goals as of now. BUT, what I can say is that he was open, knowledgeable and transparent about everything we asked. Additionally, he laid out for us precisely what we wanted to accomplish, in clear concise terms.
