I live at the Ramona Park Apartments. I would not recommend living here because I’ve had water damage in my bathroom and I recently have had water damage in my kitchen. I have had more maintenance problems here within the year of living here than I’ve ever seen anywhere. And the best part is, they’re probably not gonna do anything to accommodate me.
This is where my storage at nice place
You will have mice & roaches. Maintenance is on point tho. Good price for two bedroom other than the mice & roaches.
Every time I call for maintenance they come right away . I give a big shout out to Tom , I don't know his last name but he comes at night to fix whatever we have a complaint about the stove , or even the smoke alarms going off .. Thank you Tom for your service I have been here for 2 years but 4 years in Rochester
