You will have mice & roaches. Maintenance is on point tho. Good price for two bedroom other than the mice & roaches.
Every time I call for maintenance they come right away . I give a big shout out to Tom , I don't know his last name but he comes at night to fix whatever we have a complaint about the stove , or even the smoke alarms going off .. Thank you Tom for your service I have been here for 2 years but 4 years in Rochester
