READ BEFORE APPLYING!!! Let’s start off with the basics, it is a studio apartment at best! Very very small. You have the option of a small walk in closet size for $675 or $950 for what I’d say half of another small walk-in closet added to it. Now with the economy and prices for other apartments that sounds like a okay deal. Here’s the catch! There is a medium sized mini fridge, an old microwave that isn’t good, but will get the job done. The biggest issue was management. The office was mainly run by one employee who was often rude, unprofessional, and overly involved in tenants’ business. The owner was difficult to reach and seemed mainly focused on collecting rent rather than helping residents with concerns. Overall, while the low price may be tempting, the poor living conditions and management problems made it not worth it.

If I could give him a zero I would all they do is talk about the people that live there the lady in the office knock down a elderly veteran man. Their prices are way too high for the little bitty place you get. And the lady in the office talks crap about everybody that lives there she talks about the people who have roaches and who smell bad. And how she wishes she was never there cuz she hates her job so much having to deal with all the annoying people
